Having five different measurements in one tool is great. It has a bit wider of a lip than the AG jiggers, so you're less likely to drip. The AG's certainly look nicer, though. I prefer the polished look, and the collar is much nicer. The collar on this jigger is a bit loose; not enough to rattle, but it'll turn if you give it a light twist. This doesn't affect performance and is certainly outweighed buy the sheer utility.

This is the only jigger you will ever need. Plus, think of all the compliments you'll get for your "fancy measure thingy"

I am not a free pourer...my Canadian upbringing I guess. I measure everything. So for a long time I was using the 2oz/ 60mL oxo mini plastic measuring cups. I still keep these around. However I find this jigger much faster and more elegant. It's not really a compromise because I can still be sure I am pouring exact amounts due to the extra lines. For cocktails this is my jigger. If I am poring a top shelf whiskey however I do use the oxo still because I know I won't spill a drop.
